TAM-14 Riser Mount

This rugged, black anodized mount raises the TAM-14 above the standard iron sight of a M16 rifle so that the heat signature of the iron sight does not interfere with the desired scene when using the thermal weapon sight. It uses a single throw lever to attach to the 1913 rail system of the weapon and attaches to the TAM-14 via the Mini-Rail located on the bottom of the unit.
